Refund policy
We understand that sometimes a client may change their mind regarding the contracted service. In such cases, we offer a 15-day period from the service contracting date for the client to cancel the project and request a refund. Once the design and development process has started, if more than 15 days have passed, it will no longer be possible to request a refund. To initiate the cancellation process, please send us an email at [info@webmy.es] with the subject "Cancellation and Refund Request," and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
